Brexit has been characterised by chaos over the past two years. One does not need to be particularly bright to suggest that there is no reason that ought to change. It looks as if it will continue to be characterised by chaos. Dr. Kinsella mentioned the Government's twin budget approach. To a layman, it looks as if there is only one option to be taken. Brexit will be chaotic into the future and it seems as if it will be disorderly at best now for a period. Can our guests give us any insight into the impact that has had on the economy in respect of withdrawn or suspended investment? What would they do if they were advising the Government about the budget in October in the context of Brexit?
