With regard to how additional corporation tax receipts are channelled, obviously, the rainy day fund is due to be established at the end of this year, there is a significant increase in capital expenditure and there is also the measure to reverse the reduction in VAT in the hospitality sector to bring in additional revenue. How significant are these three individual items in terms of responding to the challenge of the volatility of corporation tax receipts?
