In the context of motor insurance, PL and EL, there were long discussions on the piece of work that led to the implementation of the motor insurance claims database. In trying to understand, it is helpful to note that there are different discussions and different points are being made about what has been driving up costs and whether costs are coming down. This allows one to see what is the case.
