One of the things we have looked at, certainly in recent years, in the context of communications is rather than saying, for example, that wastewater treatment or air quality is compliant or non-compliant with a directive, we should explain the purpose of the directive around protecting human health and the environment. Otherwise, we are blaming the EU without explaining the reason.
