It is proposed that there are no subsidiarity concerns with COM (2019) 88, which is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on certain aspects of railway safety and connectivity with regard to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
