The first of the frameworks is being formed. We have a committee that is being pulled together and that will meet for the first time next week. It includes the representatives of the LGMA, the HSE, the Department of Education and Skills and the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection to consider how and when information can be provided at the earliest point, the relevant services that can be engaged to look at the issues involved, including communication with communities and relevant service providers on health and education services.
