Since I took up the post I have been looking at the governance arrangements within the service, which includes the quality standards for aspects of the programme. The first priority was to look at the laboratory quality assurance, QA, standards to ensure they were fit for purpose. We have undertaken a complete review of those. Alongside that, we have planned for on-site visits to laboratories that will be providing this service to Ireland and the programme-----
