I want to be very clear that we fully recognise that and having talked to are own staff last week who man the information lines - the Chairman described it well himself earlier - women are anxious and worried. We are trying to address that as quickly as we can. We also have to ensure that we do that factually and can deliver on what we go back to them with and not give them false assurance.
