The subsidy is capped. We have looked at a number of scenarios. The scenarios are affected by things such as revenue assumptions, demand take-up, the cost of the build on the ground and so forth. We have set out a number of scenarios - a central case, an optimistic scenario and a pessimistic scenario. All of that will be put to the Government. Once the preferred bidder process has gone to the Government, there is a period of time between the preferred bidder being announced and conclusion of a contract.
