Let me say that regardless of what the issue is, we are always driven by our legal obligations. We have a very significant legal division which guides us on what we should be doing under different circumstances. We are absolutely driven by our legal obligations. By and large, as Ms Rowland said, there are many ways to respond to violations of whatever regulation or law we are charged with enforcing. That is essentially what we do on a day-to-day basis. We always operate to conform to our legal responsibilities.
