This tells us when the Central Bank did it. Surely in contract law it would be when the contract was drawn up regardless of when the money was drawn down. Surely it should relate to the date of the original contract. We have a situation where the only variable in the contract is the ECB rate. The margin is the constant. I am trying to get the rationale for assessing this.
