We must remember that in the examination everyone involved always has other options of going to the ombudsman or the courts. In how we address this we must remember, as Ms Rowland said, there was a fixed amount of compensation for the fact people should have been offered a tracker. The right to appeal is also there. Perhaps Ms Rowland can speak on this.
