If there is blanket rejection the Central Bank has had an interpretation of it and is standing over it. If that were to be tested in a court of law the Central Bank will stand over it. It has received its own advice and it will provide us with that. There is the issue of the banks trying to apply retrospectively commercial common sense. There is the issue of contract law.
