Central Bank of Ireland: Discussion

Professor Philip Lane:

It might be better to deal with this privately. There are many different possibilities because there have been so many different types of loan sales and credit-servicing arrangements. In some cases, a bank may have contracted the servicing to another entity. It would be better to follow this up with the Senator in terms of the example to which he refers. We will then be able to give him a more structured answer.
