Yes. These payments are going directly to the private market where prices are going up and up. Is that not right? Rents are unsustainable. It is impossible. This is the report from the local authority. I am sticking to facts. It is impossible to get private accommodation in Galway, but Government policy is to put more and more money into the private market. Let us take HAP on its own. Between 2017 and 2018, it jumped to €300 million. Is that right?
