Homelessness continues to be an incredibly serious issue and we saw yesterday's figures on that. What does the Department count? From the point of view of value for money, we are looking at hubs, beds in hostels and hotels. Some of what are described as beds are actually mats rather than beds. I refer to the cold weather initiative and so forth. How is that broken down? Some of the money would be spent by local authorities. Is it captured in the Department's budget?
