I do not understand some of the points Mr. Neary made. At present, a group of veterinaries get together, form a partnership and have a company and Mr. Neary stated a corporate body cannot issue an invoice. When a person gets a bill from his or her veterinarian at present, it is coming from the company. I do not understand how Mr. Neary can say that about the ownership. For instance, I get my bill from my veterinarian and it comes from whatever the named company is. Obviously, the girl in the office puts the bill together and issues it. If the ownership was in somebody else's name, would it not be the same? If some person in England owned it, would the invoice not come out the same way?
