It will not take cúpla bliain to get the detail, but it will to fill the gap. On the Deputy's point, we need to focus on how to switch to Gaeilge being seen as a high-ranked priority in interviewing people. In other words Gaeilge should be an important consideration when a decision is being made. That work has to be done. We have to engage with health business services in that regard.
