We have mentioned the expert a number of times. We need to look at the criteria for appointing an expert, including the area of specialisation, where the person would fit in terms of accountability, the professional body and the qualifications he or she would have to have. We need to look at all of those issues, as well as how they would be resourced. For our part, we would be looking at a specialisation that would be able to recognise, for example, coercive control and grooming.
