CervicalCheck Screening Programme Update: Discussion

I appreciate and welcome what was said earlier about the process by which there will be new auditing procedures and processes across the whole screening programme. Are we not at risk here because if all variables stay the same and auditing stops, does that not create a situation where the same issues that we are talking about here today and have been talking about for the past nine to ten months are also going to be there, in percentage terms, from 1 January 2018 until now? Is that inaccurate? If it is, show me the variable that has changed to make it inaccurate. Given that the audit stopped on that date and all the variables stayed the same, is there not going to be a lower percentage of the same issues because of the lower timeframe?
