The key part in doing that, as I mentioned earlier, concerns the tender. We are concerned with two things. The first is to stabilise the programme. We have discussed how important that is and the challenge we have to do that. The second is that we are well advanced with the tender. We have had the pre-tender market engagement and we are more confident now that we will actually get a tender. There was a risk we might not get a partner to work with us on the programme, given where we are at now. We now move to the next phase of having an advertisement placed in the next couple of weeks and that will then dictate the timeframe.
