Looking at some of the correspondence in respect of FOI, we know the Department of Children and Youth Affairs stated Professor Kilkelly had concerns that the reviewers might not have been aware of some of the legal matters in progress that could have affected some of the narrative in the report. We discussed this with the two professors earlier. Is Professor Kilkelly referring to legal proceedings regarding the damage to the campus in 2016?
