We need to get some clarity before we adjourn. This is extremely confusing. I am in my first term as a Deputy. I am not the only person in this room who is confused. The Chair is confused and the Deputies and Senators sitting around me are confused. What happens now? We have had a tied vote on the substantive issue. The amendments were withdrawn. We have had a tied vote on what to do next.
