Most areas are well served. Certain areas remain under some pressure but I am reluctant to identify them because every assistant secretary in my Department will remind me of what I stated at the Committee of Public Accounts. Overall, I am satisfied with the staffing level in the Department. We have grown the Department in recent years. On resources to tackle climate change, there are approximately 66 staff in the Department, 92 in Sustainable Energy Ireland and 32 in the Environmental Protection Association.
