I would need to back and look at the original cost-benefit analysis. At that point, fixed wireless or 5G was not really on the radar but the analysis found that 4G would cost in excess of the cost model for the fibre-to-the-premises solution. The other point is that the cost that has been set out in the ComReg report is €1.8 billion.
