It has been very hit and miss. Some people have not been able to find the right code, while some have. For others, it depends on when they make the application. There are many people from Poland and Latvia living in Ireland who have got sick here. They use the scheme very successfully to travel back to their home countries to access treatment. Others have been unsuccessful. In our longer strategy document it is one of the issues on which we have asked for a review.
