I wish to build on what colleagues have said. In Northern Ireland, we are fortunate in that we have a network of hostel accommodation which can provide a protective shield for offenders and allow those connections concerning employment and support to be made. That works well, but it is limited and we always want more. That is an important part of the process of reintegration, prevention and assistance.
