In terms of a graduated response and the foreign travel order, we would apply to the court, but there would have to be grounds to believe that the offender travelling to the other country posed a risk to children. There are criteria that we would need to meet and evidence that we would need to present. As mentioned, the country in question and the purpose of the visit would have to be taken into account.
