That is facilitated by the higher level regulations. In the context of this proposed legislation, should we look at anything specific on good practice in other areas around the world that would help bolster that work? Are the witnesses here reasonably content that information sharing is as it should be? Are there examples either in Europe or more broadly that would inform our legislation here in order to strengthen it? It might be too big a question for today's discussion but they might think about it and come back at a later stage.
