No, but as the deputy chief medical officer of the State, I would hope Dr. Glynn would have some input into the matter. He pointed out that the ICD is just a dictionary and is not a set of clinical guidelines or anything else. How does one get an entry into the WHO dictionary for what are chronic conditions?
