The materials will be available online in open access. The issue is one of staff who will deliver the training. That sort of training, to the best of my knowledge, is on an opt-in basis. There is no compulsion. One is talking about GPs following their individual interest in how they get training rather than the State deciding that this is a critical area in which people need basic skills.
