I thank the Minister for her opening statement. I think there is one pertinent question to ask before I open the floor to members. It is a question for both the Minister and Scouting Ireland concerning the likely presentation of the independent barrister's review to them. My second question is whether the report will be made available to the committee. It is important that we would have oversight of the report given its importance to the organisation in the context of the various goings on over the past 12 months.
