Apologies have been received from Deputies Casey, Ó Broin and O'Dowd. Deputy Ó Broin is delayed at another meeting and will be replaced by Deptuy Ellis until he arrives, and Deputy O'Dowd is chairing another meeting. I propose that we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
