We all understand the structured consultation that takes place between doctors or specific clinics - such as those which deal with heart failure, COPD or whatever - and patients whereby there is a structured protocol in place. The Deputy it referring to unstructured consultations, which are extensively advertised on the airwaves and in respect of which there may be a problem.
