Deputy Kelly is correct in terms of the audit. It is not a good thing because audit is a good thing and we should do that. I might ask my colleague, Dr. Henry, to comment on that in a moment. One of the things we have looked at, which is in Dr. Scally's report, which we discussed with him during his scoping inquiry is that the audit was clearly flawed in its implementation and design and we needed to put a process in place. That is what we are going to do. We have spoken to Dr. Scally to make sure that the audit process can restart.
