It goes back to what I was saying to Deputy Farrell. The building programmes of all local authorities are being ramped up, but some are at different stages of progression. I do not want to give a sense that we are pushing either local authorities or approved housing bodies over the other. That is not what this is about. Rebuilding Ireland aims to deliver 50,000 social housing units under the headings of build, acquisition and leasing in the period to 2021. Two thirds are to be delivered by local authorities and one third by AHBs. A 2:1 ratio is a very big part of our vision for local authorities.
