The roll-out of the LIHAF projects has been slower than we would have liked. It took quite a bit longer then we would have liked to get signed-off agreements between the local authorities and the landowners concerned that would allow us to ensure we would have some value and speed of delivery. At this stage, two of the LIHAF projects are under construction, and I believe another seven or eight are in procurement.
