Totally, and I accept the Deputy's point about respite. We would like to invest more in respite. What we must do is look at where we are investing money. Respite can stave off the need for people to go into full-time residential care. We know that the uncertainty about this, both in disabilities and other areas, may cause people to seek full-time residential care earlier, so that point is understood. The issue is whether we can put more into it, what the available level of resource is and how we make best use of what we have.
