We would like to think so. Obviously, evasion is one of the biggest issues we are contending with at the moment. The Joint Committee on Communications, Climate Action and Environment has done a lot of work on the issue of licence collection. It has sent a report on the matter to the Minister and to the Government with a recommendation. There is an evasion rate of approximately 16% at present. Then there is the issue of non-TV homes. The occupiers of approximately 110,000 homes - I can get the exact figure for the committee - say they have no televisions.
