As we have a quorum of four members, I call the meeting to order. I have not received any apologies to date. I understand that Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice will be a little late arriving.

I remind members, staff, witnesses and those in the Public Gallery to turn off their mobile phones as they interfere with the sound system. I also ask people to be mindful of their microphones and not touch or place anything on them.
