I bring to members' attention that by order of the Seanad, Senator Pádraig Mac Lochlainn was discharged of his membership of this committee and Senator Rose Conway-Walsh has been appointed in his place. On behalf of the committee I thank and congratulate Senator Conway-Walsh on her appointment. The Senator is not at this meeting yet, and I am not sure if she will be in attendance. I thank Senator Mac Lochlainn for his contribution to the committee over the past couple of years also. I speak for all members in that regard.

I propose that we go into private session. Is that agreed? Agreed.
