I thank Ms Goggins for her opening comments. I found her comments about the sector-specific regulator interesting. A couple of years ago, a previous committee of the House made that recommendation and we were disappointed at the time that the recommendation was not carried forward. I invite Deputy Cahill to comment as he was the first to indicate.
