Exactly. That is what the citizen care master plan is. I hope that at the end of this process, we will have something people can relate to. They will be able to say "this is the health system of Ireland". They will be able to look at it and understand how they can interact with it. It is a physical planning exercise, a service planning exercise and a communications planning exercise.
