As has already been acknowledged, I acknowledge that opinion of the Comptroller and Auditor General is that the Appropriation Account properly presents the receipts and expenditure of 2016, with adequate accounting records and so on. I accept that. I am looking at the controls and processes in place. That is all we are looking at in this committee. Let us look at the audit committee which Mr. Fraser set up in spring 2014 for the first time ever. Talk to me a little bit about an internal audit.
