National Asset Management Agency: Financial Statements 2016 and 2017
Comptroller and Auditor General Special Report No. 102: National Asset Management Agency Second Progress Report

Mr. Brendan McDonagh:

It could be. The way I would describe it is that ,currently, if it all had planning, we have a landbank that could deliver 42,000 units. We estimate that by the end of 2020 with the way that things are going as people paying off their debt and some run out of sites etc., there will be 9,000 units left on long-term strategic sites.
