We have received apologies from Deputies Michael McGrath and Paul Murphy. Deputies Cowen and Barry, respectively, will substitute. Deputy Ó Broin is substituting for Deputy Pearse Doherty. I remind members to turn off their mobile telephones. We hope to conclude this part of the meeting by 11.15 a.m.

The first item is a consideration of motions. I to welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Michael D'Arcy, and the officials from the Department of Finance. We are considering the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting Order 2018 and Double Taxation Reliefs (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Republic of Ghana) Order 2018. As the order of the Dáil states, the committee must report to the House no later than 25 September. It is intended to conclude consideration of the motion today. This session will conclude at 11.15 a.m.
