Today we will deal further with EU COM (2018) 340, a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment. It is proposed to adopt the draft political contribution report as the final report of the committee. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is proposed that the report will be laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas and copies will be sent to the following: the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment; the President of the European Commission, Mr. Jean-Claude Juncker; the President of the European Parliament, Mr. Antonio Tajani, MEP; the President of the European Council, Mr. Donald Tusk; the relevant committees in the national parliaments of each EU member state; and each of Ireland's MEPs. Is that agreed? Agreed.
