Following on from Deputy Stanley's point, we hear from representatives all the time where there is a roll-out going in a light blue area and all of the sudden there happens to be a boreen with a school 100 yd up the road or a golf club, or whatever it is, and the calls come in asking, "They are on the road. Can we just get one more?" Is it a "no" in all cases? Are there criteria if it is a not-for-profit or a school?
