I will answer the question about poles. Eir maintains its poles. They are tested and replaced. As part of Eir's support of Enet for the national broadband plan, NBP, it will need to replace a number of poles up front so Enet can hang fibre on our network. There is a regulated price for those poles. That is based on the cost of replacing and maintaining poles. As far as Eir concerned, that is the price that Enet will be charged for the poles and the duct network.
