I ask members to turn off their mobile telephones. We have received apologies from Deputies Tony McLoughlin, Hildergarde Naughton and Jan O'Sullivan. Deputy Thomas Byrne and Senator Robbie Gallagher have been in contact to say the M1 is closed, so there are traffic problems. They will be here but they will be late. We will go into private session.
